Philipp Thesen is Senior Vice President Design at Deutsche Telekom AG and responsible for the design of all products and interactive experiences. His career at Deutsche Telekom began in 2009, where he held positions including Design Strategist and Executive Creative Director; he was also proactively involved in designing over 100 Deutsche Telekom products and services. Today, Philipp heads the newly-formed TELEKOM DESIGN department and leads the company’s design strategy.

Philipp Thesen is a member of the Art Directors Club Germany, a patron of the German Design Council and serves on the juries of several international design competitions. He is also internationally in demand as a design lecturer and speaker. The products and services on which Philipp Thesen has worked have together received over 150 awards, including the iF design Award, the German Design Award, the Annual Multimedia Award, the Good Design Award Chicago and the Red Dot design award.

His creative work has also won many awards, for example from the Art Directors Club Germany.
