Frontend-Administration-FAQ

Preconditions

• You have to be logged in as an administrator in the Frontend.
• Make sure the administration-user has all categories assigned!

  FAQ

  I don't see any projects in the frontend

• Look into the backend if the Award is currently in an active phase

  I don't see any categories in the frontend

• Check for Projects in that categories

  The Top 3 List is empty

• only projects with "gold" or any other distinction are shown in the top 3 list
• check if there is any project with a distinction.
• Only projects for awards in active phases are shown in the top 3 list.

  A category is shown as incomplete again, but it was recently finished.

  Check for the following reasons:

• A new judge was added to the category. You have to evaluate all projects again.
• A new Project was added for evaluation. All judges have to evaluate this project as well.
• A Project summary was removed in the TYPO3-Backend from a project
