You have to be logged in as a juror in the Frontend.
You must have at least one usergroup assigned to your user.
That usergroup must have at least one category assigned to it.

What are the requirements for a category to be completed?
All projects in the category must be evaluated by every juror.
The category must be finished by every juror (confetti-animation).
If a new project is added to the category, all jurors have to evaluate this project as well. The category is no longer completed.
I (juror) can't see any project nor category in the frontend
An admin has to check if the award is in a phase where you can see projects. This is the "Jurierungsphase"-Phase.
Check the category-assignment to jurors user-group in the Backend.
An admin has to check in backend if another award of the same award-storage has active phases. It is in example not allowed that GDA 2023 and GDA 2024 has active Phases in same period.
A category is shown as incomplete again but I recently finshed it.
Check for the following reasons:
If a new project was added to the category you have to evaluate this project as well and to finish the category again.
Probably a Project summary was removed in the TYPO3-Backend
I click a project in a list and want to evaluate it, but the evaluation form is not shown.
Check one or more of the following:
The project state must be "In Jury Evaluierung"
The Award must be in the "Jurierungsphase"-Phase.
If the category was finished by you, you can't evaluate any project in that category anymore.
Check in TYPO3-Backend (using a backend-administrator account) if the summary of the project is "Completed".
