Florian Heilmeyer

Florian Heilmeyer, born in 1974, lives and works primarily in Berlin. He studied architecture in Berlin and Rotterdam and now works as a critic, journalist, editor, consultant and curator in the field of architecture, society and urbanism. He writes for trade and daily newspapers worldwide, is the editor and co-editor of numerous specialist books and has been involved in numerous exhibitions, including twice in the German contribution to the Architecture Biennale in Venice. He is currently accompanying the exhibition ‘Umbau’ by Gerkan Marg and Partners on its world tour.
