Zacharias Eibauer is a service designer. Having worked in agencies and an in-house UX department, he now works as a designer in the HR department at EnBW in Karlsruhe. There, he focuses on shaping the company’s organisational structure, processes and collaboration. He is currently using design to support the transformation of Germany’s third-largest energy group.
