Katharina de Silva

Katharina de Silva has been Editor-in-Chief at the German Design Council since 2024, initially working with ndion and subsequently with Design Perspectives. She studied German language and literature, as well as journalism, at the University of Mainz. After completing a journalism traineeship, she worked as a senior editor and content expert at various publishing houses and agencies for over ten years. She also writes freelance articles on design, art, and culture for online and print magazines.
